Susan Chibnall
Vice President
Susan is the Vice President of Business Development and Chief Growth Officer at E-PAGA. For more than 25 years, Dr. Chibnall has supported multiple consulting firms as a business development professional and senior study director. Over her career, she has contributed to more than 150 competitive proposals, securing more than $40 million in contracts. Dr. Chibnall is an experienced study director, having managed more than 50 research and evaluation studies for a variety of state, local, and Federal Government clients in the areas of child welfare, family violence, relationship violence among young adults, juvenile justice, women and substance abuse, and systems reform efforts. She has also provided technical assistance and training around federal contract procurement and proposal writing, program evaluation, and mental health and family violence to more than 100 organizations nationwide.
Before joining E-PAGA, Dr. Chibnall was a principal research associate at a large research firm, where she directed studies for multiple clients and engaged in business development activities that resulted in more than $20 million in new work. Dr. Chibnall also believes in giving back to the community through volunteer work. She is a past member of the Fairfax Court Appointed Special Advocates Board of Directors, where she advocated for the best interests of abused and neglected children, and a newly appointed member of The Carson Foundation board, which supports projects in the U.S. and Central America that improve people’s lives through access to education and health care.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, reading, walking, and attending wine events.
